Flowers and Genealogy

Have to share these two pictures from Facebook today.

This is a our GIGANTIC Coneflower 
in our front flower bed.
I think all of its relatives have been choked out
by the Rudbeckia
(Black-Eyed Susans)
that have taken over this part of the flower bed.
I swear,
it has to be at least 3.5 feet tall,
if not taller.
