Southern Tier (area south of Buffalo, received the most snow. In Randolph, they have 4 feet on the ground. Their spokesman said that even the snow plows are having a hardw time with the snow. They have 4 plows and 2 went out of service today and are being fixed.
We had, I would guess, 6" on the ground yesterday, and maybe 2 more inches today . . . piece of cake in Western New York weather :0}
