How to Serve Crack Pot Cake

Leave cake in Crock Pot . . . it will have pulled away from the sides when it has cooked. Using a knife, cut it in half; cut one half into half and then cut this half into half . . . ending up with 2 pieces of cake that are 1/8 of the whole cake.

Place cake on microwave safe place . . . mine actually came out of the crock pot so easy . . . and microwave until warm . . . pure guess on my part . . . I used the "open the microwave and touch cake with finger method" to see if it was warm enough.

Top warm cake with Betty Crocker whipped Cream Cheese frosting . . . and, yes, it will melt some on warm cake. Add scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream and ~ ~ ~ VOILA ~ ~ ~ Paula's Crack Pot Cake ready for eating.

Man, I could go to the kitchen and have some right now . . . but, I shall wait until evening for our evening snack. DAMN, it was S-O-O-O-O-O-O-O good!
