Better Bars

I made more Pumpkin Cream Cheese Bars last night. They turned out different from the last bunch . . . this time they seemed to bake like an Angel Food cake. You know how an Angel Food Cake cracks on the top? Well, it cracked on the top this time!

Also, I didn't layer the pumpkin mix and the cream cheese .like the recipe says . . I poured the pumpkin mixture in the pan and then topped it with the cream cheese mixture and swirled. You can see where it didn't swirl well in the picture. But the taste! The taste was AWESOME!

This time the bars are so moist and light. More Angel Food tasting than the last time. And, since Angel Food Cake is my favorite cake, I am happy as a clam. The husband likes the moistness of the bars.

Now I wonder, "When I make them again, which bars will appear . . #1 or #2? Either way. I'll be happy.
