Baby Watch

This  hasn't been as busy as the summer of 2006 . . .I think Rachel's Anna started off the births and Bill and Andrea's Mady finished the string. Then Kristi, Jennifer and Erin filled in the middle with their babies.

This year there are only two . . but spread out . . Ceri was to enter the hospital today in the UK and not leave until her little Spudetta is born.

Then Ceri, in Richmond, VA, is eagerly awaiting her Lil' Beans birth within the next week . . I know she said a couple of days ago it was in single digits, so I'll bet it is under 7 by now.

Even though I have never met either in person, I have come to know them. In the normal Paula fashion, I am still crocheting baby "treasures" for each of them. Spudetta is a girl and Lil' Bean is a boy . . . but I have never been one to stick with baby pink and blue. So these two are getting colorful "treasures."

Now, Ceri and Cadi, if you are reading this, don't be worried . . I don't do gaudy . . . I just like color on babies  . . . makes them stand out from all the other pastel babies.

Once I know the have received their gifts, I'll post pictures for all to see.

Signed,
Long Distance "Auntie" Paula

  1. You are so nice Paula! Can't wait to see what you made for them.

Thank you for the kind words. I keep 'looking' for dad but no sign yet. Though I have talked to him plenty in the last two weeks. xoxo
