Indy Went to the Groomer

I FINALLY got Indy groomed. I should have doe it during the summer when she started shedding "en mass," but I didn't.  What prompted me was an ad in the Sunday paper from Pet Supplies Plus . . 1/2 off coupon!

She has never been "professionally" groomed. She doesn't like it when I bath or comb her so I wasn't sure how it would go. She was there for a little over an hour. Received a bath, nails clipped and, I am sure, lots of combing/brushing. I was so thrilled when we got up today . . no wayward hair clumps coming out :0} Just soft, clean smelling Indy-girl!

When we went to pick her up, Jen had her grooming tether attached to one of the tables so she could be out with her while she was grooming a smaller dog. When she saw us, she, and the table, started moving toward the door faster than Jen could move to unclip her. When she did get unclipped, she jumped all over her side of the counter and then decided she was going to jump the door in the counter . .  from dead still. She cleared the door with room to spare . . so now I KNOW she jumped the fence at Lee's last August. Not only does she run like a deer, she can jump like them too. Must keep that info in my head for the next time someone tells me to leave her in a fenced in yard . . it doesn't fence her in :0{

  1. I've never had Bridget groomed. Not sure how well it would go. Indy looks smashing! And ornery!
