Here are the finished results of this design. I am very pleased with the way they both turned out. The pattern calls for the heart to be outlined in black, and the inside colors outlined in the cross stitch color. Then, I wondered what it would look like if I outlined everything "outline-able" in black.

I'm not sure if I am going to frame them or finish them as ornaments. Wanna vote on that too? Okay . help me out here too. I want to send one to Gordon, the gentleman in Edinburgh who discovered information on my maternal great great grandfather, Watson, who immigrated to the US form Scotland. The 2nd one, I want to send to Bruce, a descendant of James, Grandpa Watson's brother, that Gordon found for me.
