Whoever puts our church bulletin together has a GREAT sense of humor. Each one has some sort of cartoon and some funnies on the back page. Here are the ones from this week. Hope you enjoy them as much as the husband and I did.

New uses for Christmas Fruitcake:
- use as sandbags during a flood.
- use as speed bumps to foil speeders.
- use as bowling pins.
- use as blocks when paving your patio.
- slice and use slices for skeet shooting.
- use as wheel chocks for airplanes.

Several children were amusing themselves by trying on costumes. One small boy put on a suit of armour, and announced he was the famous "Knight Before Christmas."

Jesus was so loving because he started out with a stable family.

As a young boy was leaving the Sunday church service he had a special request for the pastor. "Please pray for my Uncle Bill, he said. "He surprised us by dressing up as Santa and coming down our chimney into a lit fireplace. Now, he's in the hospital with a rump roast."
