Rock Pocket Vegetable and Fruit Bag

My LATEST pattern . . .
and I L*O*V*E it.
If I have nothing to do all day,
I can finish one . .
can you believe that?
I can finish a Christmas present in ONE DAY!

I had a hard time coming up with a name,
until I saw this picture.
Don't the pocket stage look like smooth, shiny river rocks?
Basically, these are not a lot larger than the palm of your hand
but they hold SO MUCH when opened into the bag.

Here's how they work . . .
Unbutton bag.

Pull bag from “pocket/rock.”
Watch what happens to the star-flower.

Turn bag inside-out.

Pull base through top opening so bag is
 right-side out.

  1. Absolutely a fantastic pattern. I am going to make several to give as stocking stuffers. Fast and easy to make. I am only making one change as I make this bag and that is to make it a little shorter. It holds too much (my reason to make it shorter) which can make it too heavy for many people.

    1. You are correct. These were pretty big and stretch when have item in them.

      Thanks for your comment.
