Buffalo Chicken Soup

We had this tonight. It was SO GOOD.

Buffalo Chicken Soup . . .makes 4 servings
¼ C Chopped Onion
3 Stalks Celery, chopped
¼ C Unsalted Butter
¼ C Flour
¾ C 2% Milk
¾ C Low Sodium Chicken Broth
2 C Chicken, diced/shredded
¼  C Franks Hot Sauce
4 oz Velveeta Cheese, cubed
½ tsp Cayenne Pepper
½ tsp Garlic Powder



  1. Sauté Onions and celery in butter until tender.
  2. Stir in Flour until smooth.
  3. Slowly add Milk and Broth.
  4. Add remaining ingredients and simmer, stirring occasionally, until cheese has melted.
