Buffalo Chicken Soup . . .makes 4 servings
¼ C Chopped Onion
3 Stalks Celery, chopped
¼ C Unsalted Butter
¼ C Flour
¾ C 2% Milk
¾ C Low Sodium Chicken Broth
2 C Chicken, diced/shredded
¼ C Franks Hot Sauce
4 oz Velveeta Cheese, cubed
½ tsp Cayenne Pepper
½ tsp Garlic Powder
- Sauté Onions and celery in butter until tender.
- Stir in Flour until smooth.
- Slowly add Milk and Broth.
- Add remaining ingredients and simmer, stirring occasionally, until
cheese has melted.

Sounds real good, I have one problem, hubby can't eat cheese, but it looks good for you.
